My computer went down and I've lost my templates. How can I download them again?
URL that you have been provided with will only work in next 24 hours from time of your purchase. If you have lost your templates, please drop us an email and we will send them to you by email.
Do you plan other updates?
Yes! We intend to make AKIO templates as best as we can. You can help us by sending your feedback and telling us what do you think and how we can make AKIO templates better.
Are all updates going to be free?
Yes, they will… for lifetime!
How will you inform me about a new update?
We will inform you about all updates by email, but you can also watch our blog or follow us on twitter. In addition, you can ask for a new update by sending a message to updates@akiotheme.com (however, for verification purposes, send your message from the email address you entered in your order).
